imalex's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- First Date The date went really well last night. I was nervous, but he's so charming and easy to be around that he made my nerves go away. We didn't kiss... which is kind of what I hoped for. But there was no real moment, and by time we got home I had to pee so bad I couldn't linger at the door for fear of bursting! haha. So just a kiss on the cheek and a hug. We'll be going out again, soon, once I've sorted what my plans are this week. It was all really sweet. He took me to Gatineau to eat, and we talked and ate for almost two hours. D: We played this game where we would choose a photo on each other's phone and we'd have to explain it. His stories were always better than mine. After we went to the casino that's there and basically watched me lose his $20, followed by watching some guys win at poker. It was all done in french though so I was lost. He just kept making me laugh. Then we drove around Rockcliffe and Sussex drive which is a really swanky area to live. It's where a lot of Embassies are as well as the homes of the Prime Minister and Opposition leader. It was so nice because it snowed for the first time, and some of the Christmas lights had been put out. I'm excited about it all. It keeps making me blush when I talk about it to my friends. The thing that gets me though is that we didn't kiss. I don't know if it's because I wanted to kiss him or just because it would make me feel like this is all real.
